Hello!
What you need is a proxy. Try http://www.missunblock.com/ for a start. If you need other proxies (because not all proxies have the same functionality) then try to gooooogle some (use: free proxy).
Another good proxy (but you have to install it) is the TOR network at http://www.torproject.org/
