what can i do?
my parents have munchausens by proxy disease. i am a young woman, i was in a bad accident and am actually disabled now. i cant walk well so im living with these parents for free rent, i cant work. and also to try to recuperate.
when i was younger they did things to me which would require attention from healthcare workers. i remember being very young and getting constant infections and my parents dragging me to hospitals all the time. it stopped eventually and i think its from their munchausens disease. i remember them doing things to me before we went to doctors.
anyways when i became a teen at 13 the munchausens disease moved on to psychiatric healthcare. they would bring me in the car to a psychiatric hospital and try to get them to hospitalize me for a mysterious psychiatric condition (unknown to me) my parents just told me ill get what i deserve and they kept quiet about why i was there. as an adult now i figured it out. they would tell different bizarre and alarming symptoms to each different hospital to get them to medicate me. sometimes my father looked up brochures of new medications and he would pick out the medication and ask the hospitals to give me that one because it sounded good to him. he would tell convincing imaginitive stories about me to the hospitals. each place the stories were changed around, facts were denied by them and changed.
anyhow by the time i turned 18 they had me in over 20 seperate hospitals or institutions and on 20 different medications, 3 at a time constaltly switching and trying new ones. with no result except medical illness being caused

i suffered neurological damage and liver damage from all the unecessaRY PILLS.
anyhow after 18 it became hard for them to put me away. since i now had a voice of my own after 18 meaning the psychiatrists would have to speak to me also and ask me how i am.
everytime since 18 they tried to hospitalize me it didnt work out because they would evaluate me for a week and then send me home because they found my parents stories did not match what they observed

anyhow my father used his history he built up against me and he went behind my back to a psychiatrist who never met me who wrote a letter about me saying im schitzophrenic. he used all that in court and gained adult guardianship over me, he got them to say that im mentaly incapacitated which is not true.
so now he can legally continue his munchausens by proxy, im afraid he will kill me. he had tried
i do have physical disabilities and mobility trouble so i cannot work or show much accomplishment to court. i did attend college before the accident.
what can i do to get myself out of this mess. if my father starts to make medical decisions for me , ill be drugged again. he already tried to get a doctor at an er to give me insulin shots because he told them i have diabetes when i dont have diabetes. luckily the dr belived me and tested me for diabetes first because he didnt know who to listen to. and it turns out i dont have the diabetes.
i came to the er another time and he found out i was there and told the dr not to let me leave because he told them i was suicidal, another lie and then he asked them to tranquilize me on some kind of drug im allergic to. he told the drs i was not allergic and i did end up having a bad reaction. he tells doctors im taking certain prescription medication that i am not and no doctor precribed me them. he tries to get them to drug me

what can i do, i dont have an actual mental illness, i am not mentally incapacitated., but i am physically limited and disabled

how do i remove this guardianship esepcially with the confusing medical history of his munchausens by proxy and placing me in mulitple facilities as a minor with multiple stories and 20 different diagnoseses, depending on what story he decided to give
i am 26 now and should have nothing to do with him

i dont have money for a lawyer since i cant work

if i go into a psycholigists office to try to get a letter to bring to court what do i tell them? it will sound crazy if i tell them yes ive been to 20 hospitals and i have 20 psychiatric diagnoseses and ive been on dozens of medications. to me that sounds like a crazy person
even a very sick psychotic person sometimes only ends up in the hospital 2 or 3 times and dosnt take more then 5 medications
but i have not taken one pill in 8 years, thank god and i do not show any symptoms of schitzophrenia or other mental illness. i never did,
so how is it believable then that 11 years ago i was diagnosed as psychotic and alot of other bizaree severe mental ilnesses if now 11 years later there is no sign of them, and i havent followed and specific treatment or any medication. thats not possible if it was true because severe mental ilness like that dosnt go away on its own.
meaning it never exhisted at all

no one else i know thinks im crazy. my parents admitted they know im not crazy and they wont tell that to the court.
what can i do hes trying to put my health in danger and i dont have money for a lawyer. if i try to get away or go to the police he will send me to the hosp[ital with no place to go where he will monitor and force them to drug me again while i wait 10 months for a place to go.
the police wont send me to a womans shelter if he has all these papers saying im mentally ill, even tho it was to benefit his munchausens by proxy disease
i dont have a mental illness and never did. but he built up this whole thing. he is very controlling and dangerous
he tells people i have diabetes when i dont and constantly tries to get me drugged and drugged with stuff im allergic too
hes very convincing because hes a psychopath and is narcasistic
i was taking those pills but only 2-3 at a time over years but they kept switching

i can get a free lawyer but i need to convince people im telling the truth. i need to convince a psychologist and it is hard.
